MTM trapezium mill Working Principle
The main mill drives the center shaft to rotate by means of a reducer. The shaft top connects a grinding roller hanger, with a grinding roller device mounted under the grinding roller hanger through the cross arm shaft to form a swinging pivot. The grinding roller rotates around the center shaft of the main mill along the grinding ring. At the same time it also rotates itself under the action of the friction.
The shovel blades system is equipped bottom of the cinquefoil shelf. The shovel blade and the grinding rollers can throw up and feed the materials into the space between the rollers and ring, thus the materials are crushed into powder. The air flow into the grinding chamber from the bottom of the grinding ring takes small particles of powder into the classifier. The coarse particles fall back for further grinding while the qualified powder enters the powder collector along with the air flow and then be discharged from the powder discharging pipes as finished products.
